What do we sell?
Over Stock Appliances
The overstock appliances we offer are sourced from orders cancelled to a manufacturer or a retailer with too much inventory. These appliances have never been used by a customer and arrive at Mid-City as brand new and untouched. These units are de-boxed and tested for any shipping damage.
Scratch and Dent
The scratch and dent appliances we offer are appliances that have been damaged during shipping from the manufacturer or from being shipped to a customer. The damage is purely cosmetic and can range from a small scratch to a broken handle. We test every scratch and dent appliance for any damage that affects function and fix as much cosmetic damage as possible before placing on the showroom floor.
Certified Pre Owned
Our certified pre-owned appliances are typically sourced from larger population areas that have access to a wider range of brands and functions. These units come from customer trade-ins, returns, open-box items or functional show room models. All units are tested, deep cleaned, and repaired. We back all our certified pre-owned appliances with a 90 day or 1 year warranty for customer piece of mind.

Keeping the Prices Low
We offer our appliances at the lowest possible price in a variety of ways with:
No company brand contracts that restrict our price point.
Having the warehouse show space and testing/repair center in the same location.
Testing and repairing every appliance ourselves no matter if it is a brand new overstock appliance or preowned we test every appliance.
Keeping minimal staff
We watch daily for the best deals in this competitive market.
We run or business as a family, everyone you talk to is either a family member or a good friend.
Greed Free we are not millionaires and don't plan to be. We are not paying for a second home or multiple trips abroad. When you buy from us your money is spent on the same things your family buys. We re invest in our community through donations when we can and supporting the local school clubs and teams.
Do you offer Delivery?
Do to the low staff members and extra expenses we offer 3rd party Delivery business. This helps keep our prices as low as possible. You do not have to use these delivery business. We do not collect delivery fees ourselves or receive any money from delivery.
We also offer U-Haul rentals on sight for a DYI solution. Trailer rentals are low cost and generally available.
You may also pickup up your appliances. We will hold appliances up to seven days to help you arrange transportation.
